Welcome to Train-out Fitness Club, where we offer Hybrid HIIT, Strength training sessions in addition to hosting a Run club in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment .
Our club is built on fostering a sense of community, ensuring that everyone feels at home, regardless of fitness level or experience .
Operated and ran by 2 seasoned fitness professionals, we prioritise your safety and wellbeing in every single session. By participating in any of our programs, you adhere to our guidelines of respecting your fellow members, commitment to a journey of personal growth and community engagement.

Terms and conditions
You participate in training sessions entirely at your own risk, and should seek medical advice should you have any concerns for health prior to starting any of the programs .
The membership fee is taken with immediate effect and allows access of 4 weeks training.
Please note: Your membership is NOT a contractual term, and will NOT recur once initial payment is made, however we are happy to roll over a membership and book in advance for 4 weeks following completion and next the 4 week payment has been made.
Session cancellations: All sessions have a cancellation of 4 hours, any session no shows will not be able to be rescheduled .
We may need to obtain personal data to provide you with update to schedules and offerings, which will be securely kept.
When we request personal data (Medical/health data) the reasons for requesting shall be clearly identified with the purpose of request.
