15 Years of experience

With 15 years of experience coaching in kickboxing, I specialize in strength conditioning and performance enhancement. My background includes a degree in sports physiotherapy.

My training programs cover a range of disciplines including kickboxing, strength training, CrossFit, and yoga.

Fitness & life balance together

Fitness is a crucial component of maintaining a balanced lifestyle, especially with the responsibilities of having two teenage daughters and being married for 20 years.

Staying young, fit, and active is a priority for me, not to achieve a certain appearance, but to fully enjoy life. Regular exercise is essential for both physical and mental well-being, allowing me to keep up with the demands of my family and find moments of rejuvenation in the midst of a busy life.

By prioritizing fitness as a means of holistic health, I can navigate the complexities of daily life with vigor and vitality.

I have over 5 years of experience coaching on the gym floor. My expertise lies in strength training, conditioning, and enhancing running performance.

I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science. My training specialties include fitness racing, bodybuilding, strength conditioning, and football.

More than just exercise

Maintaining a balanced diet is essential for overall health. Indulging in treats like pasta and Ben & Jerry's occasionally is completely normal and part of a balanced lifestyle. It's all about moderation and enjoyment.

Having been training for 7 years, the benefits of exercise on confidence, discipline, and delayed gratification are evident to me. I started working out as a teenager to improve my physical appearance, but over time, I developed a passion for various training disciplines.
